The way is was described was that the brain doesn’t connect with telling the shoulder what to do.
It’s not completely uncommon to lose mechanics & not get them back.
The kid wants nothing more than to pitch again & is still working.

It’s even more unfortunate because not only does he love LSU and want to perform for the team, but he’s also a stand-up guy. Heartbreaking his career is ending this way
