I can't imagine this is too difficult, I just want to make sure that I'm going about this the correct way.
The owner of my company has an excel spreadsheet that has probably 10 or so tabs. He keeps all the pricing info on these sheets. He wants to be able to distribute this out to the sales team whether it be via email, or via dropbox/drive. Specifically he wants to be able to do so in a password protected(in the event the sales guy has his phone/computer stolen), and read-only format. From what I gather, he wants this to be some kind of document that has a glossary or index at the beginning essentially with the names of all of the tabs, and the sales guys can click on the name and it pulls up the appropriate page.
Is Adobe the best vehicle to accomplish this?

Why not just use the excel file and password protect?
Create a first tab with links like a table of contents.

I would just copy over into Google sheets and share.
