I watch LegalEagles sometimes. He's alright.
For games, GameMakersToolkit is great. I think the channel might be Mark Brown because he has another series. Its all about different gameplay mechanics and how they work. His other series, BossKeys, is ok too. Its about level design.
For movies I watch Rob Ager/ Collative Learning. He talks about subliminal messages and psychological meanings in movies. Any of his Kubrick videos are worth watching.
Oliver Harper's Retrospectives and Reviews series is one I think many people here would enjoy. He mostly talks about 80s scifi, horror, and fantasy with a brief production history and other interesting notes from the time.
SmackTalk from Voxis Productions is a cranky old British puppet doing mostly movie reviews in a similar fashion to Mr Plinkett.
