“Dave Aranda is a consistently good coach — as good of a defensive coordinator as there is in the SEC,” an opposing coach said, anonymously. “They're good defensively, but really, by their standards... not great."
this is true

But LSU is still not where they would like to be offensive-line wise."
if they improve our offense will be top 30 easy
quote:
If Ed had stayed at Tennessee, Tennessee would probably be the best program in the East right now."

so youre dismissing the time he was actually allowed to run a program in favor of some made up situation where he has been Tennessee's coach since Kiffen left?
thats not telling at all.

I don't follow. Because an "anonymous opposing coach" speculated he thinks O would have done well in Tennessee in 2009, his time at Ole Miss is wiped clean? Just trying to understand what point you're trying to make here.
The stuff about our defense not being great is pretty hilarious IMHO. Seems Aranda may be a victim of his own success at times.

“ this is true”
It’s also true that the defense has carried way more water for LSU the last three years in comparison to what the offense has done.

Do some of y’all actually take these quotes seriously? I’ve always likened these anonymous quotes to tabloid material.
