Only because they weren’t given the chance. Biden described exactly what they would do. I’m not pretending at all. If you think the dems wouldn’t have done the exact same thing (especially since it was their idea) it is you who is pretending.

Name one “finding” about trump in the report. Outside of exonerating him from muh russia You can’t cite one finding. You probably don’t even know that Mueller went out of his way to specifically say he wasn’t making ANY findings regarding obstruction. Dummy.

Supreme Court Justices are constitutionally appointed by the executive branch and confirmed with the advice and consent of the Senate.... Garland never got that consent... so game over for him... Kavanaugh and Gorsuch did get it ....elections have consequences
