re: Judge rules against Trump for temp injunc. against Cummings demand Trump financial records

Isnt the whole purpose of a temporary injunction is to prevent undue harm and damage the to person asking for it. Seems like textbook example of that, once Trump's tax returns are out the damage is done. This is not different than all the travel ban and immigration injunctions that were put in place to keep from having irreversible damage.
