Problem for Kelvin is this: new rule states once a player enters the portal, even if he withdraws his name, the school is no longer obligated to honor his scholarship.
I’m sure O wants him to stay, but he better not screw up or he’s cut loose without repercussions.

Did all scholarships become 4 year locks? I know they used to be year to year, then they gave the school the option to give 4 year scholarships.
