Just use Mick Jagger as an example. The man is a multimillionaire and can afford to have surgery anywhere in the world. He chose to have it done at a hospital in New York.

to get to the front of the line. all life is worth healing to a normal Doctor, but in the US it's about money, so Doctors will serve money first.
Outside of their OT day dreams, posters shouldn't concern themselves about wealth medicine.
