You may want to look into intermittent fasting (start at 18:6 and work up to 20:4, then OMAD if you are balls out committed).

Combine with clean low carb, or keto if you are hard core.

A combo of these two will be the fastest and easiest (once you get through the first week) way to lose 50-100 pounds in the next 3-6 months.
