There are many players that stay at LSU 4-5 years and don't even get a look as a UFA. Point is the talent was there for these guys.
Wait. There were 25 offensive commits in the 2015 and 2016 classes. Guice was a stud, Foster was drafted in the 4th round, and everyone else was an UDFA or is still at LSU but not starting (except Cush) and you're saying the talent was there all along?

Don't deflect from the fact that you aren't aware that most UDFAs don't make NFL rosters. Signing last month with the redskins only means he's going to camp with them - he hasn't made the team yet.

a spectrum of visible light (ROYGBIV)
a spectrum of political beliefs (liberal vs. conservative)
a spectrum of winning, with a national title one end, and going 0-12 on the other.
and I'd like to think that while not even the most diehard LSU fans (not Eaux fans, like you said in your post
) thought LSU was title contenders in 2017, I think LSU was expected to be on the part of the spectrum thats "higher" than losing to Troy, squeaking by Syracuse, and getting our brains bashed in vs. Ms State. just my $0.02.
