I'm biased, but I don't think many places do... BBQ better than Texas. BBQ is definitely more subjective since I prefer brisket.

Georgia has never been an elite BBQ state, but Atlanta is hitting its stride in no small part because we've got several Texas-influenced places making great brisket and combining that with very good pulled pork that is difficult to find in Texas.
