To be fair , Dame team didn’t get worse by choice . Nurk got much better, they got Kanter at the deadline , picked up Hood as well ...

Pels on the other hand let Rondo walk, DMC wasn’t resigned , they signed Elfrid Payton lol no disrespect. What does the Pels have outside Jrue?

Portland do have CJ McCollum , Dame & Nurk at least .

The Pels had AD, Holiday, Randle, and Mirotic. It isn’t like our team was full of scrubs.

I agree with this. People like to shite on AD, but it's not his fault our overall roster was shitty this past year. In order to succeed in the NBA you need a mixture of superstar talent and depth. You can't be successful with just having one of those components. Yes, this season started out with AD, Niko, and Jrue but our bench was terrible. Niko is a decent player, but I don't consider him to be anywhere near elite status like AD and Jrue. Our bench has always been terrible the entire time Demps was the GM. Bench play is critical when your are trying to make a playoff run.
