As a safety manager for a company that employes 4500 people it's obvious you have no fricking clue what a safety manager does.

Clients really don't give a frick about safety. They just don't want to get sued so they put all the onus on contractors with ridiculous super technical safety policies. They want production knowing you'll have to violate their policies in order to get it.
