Up your carbs on your run days, or at least your longer run days.
Also this might sound weird, but in my running days I found I could actually get "too light", which affected my workouts and race times. In short, your target weight might not actually be your best performance running weight. Its probably different for everyone, hopefully you can hit the sweet spot that maximizes your performance while meeting your weight goals.
