The Dims next move would then to sue Barr and/or Trump in court. No judge in their right mind is going to side with the Dims to release classified information about intelligence sources and methods that the report certainly contains.

This here. The committee essentially voted to "charge" Barr with contempt....the ultimate "guilty or not guilty" vote is done on full House floor. And it only gets to the floor if Nadler's committee formally sends it for full vote. 3 step process. Sleazy MSM and Dems are leaving those last 2 quite important steps out, conveniently of course.
