I hate how Hess yells but I guess it’s a different era. His sons bat flip was probably the icing on the cake. At the same time he crushed it and knew it was gone. He also has been having a rough year so it’s hard to blame him for celebrating.

Yea I'm talking about after the inning also. Didn't look like his head was turned enough to be directed at the dugout. But again, its tough to really tell on some of these camera angles

I believe Bianco was pretty pissed about the bat flip from his son. You could tell too. When they showed Coach Bianco when Drew was going around the bases you could see how fricking pissed off his face was. No smile, no emotion.

Yeah, that would have been a pretty awkward situation. Probably just had to play it cool. I’m sure the Hess stuff got to him too. Maybe a combination of both.

No way Bianco would let his son play for a coach he didn’t respect. Probably was just venting. Both played for LSU so I doubt it was anything serious.

Yelling at batters is something I don’t remember seeing. I might be wrong but I watch a lot of baseball and I don’t remember seeing that much. I do appreciate his results but it seems a little Busch league to me.
