If you cant sleep then you are either have too high of dosage or you dont really have ADD. Ive always taken a XR20mg in the morning and a regular 10mg at lunch. I wake up around 630 and can easily be snoring by 1030pm.my dr once prescribed 30mg XR and couldn’t go to sleep at all. Changed it back to the XR20mg and was sleeping like normal.

On another note, to the person who compared Adderall to a pre-workout, if you have that type of reaction, that sounds like someone who doesn’t have ADD. I feel normal on adderall but feel extremely jittery on a preworkout. And no I never took both at the same time.
