He doesn’t get those tax breaks. They go to the bottom line and reduce the cost of building and operating the project. The convention center will own the entire development, not the developers. The development team earns fees, and in any event he’s not on the team anymore.

That’s right. Like a spoiled brat, instead of fighting he took his ball, went home and called the teacher to tell the bullies to back down.
