Someone posted above that commentator Paul Lo Duca has complained about such DQs in the past.
He was on FS2 today and was adamantly in favor of the DQ.
He even made the case that it could have impacted the 20 because War of a Will, if not blocked, might have tested Maximum Security earlier in the stretch and worn him down to allow the 20 to run a legit first. Speculative, but you never know.
