What exactly do you want them to do? Turn away 5* talent?

How did I imply this? My point was, by looking at future classes, there's not much to choose from. It's all east coast talent that won't come to LSU. Hopefully, O can steal some of those kids, we'll see.

So you don’t follow recruiting then?

Here’s a list of our targets on the Olin’s and Dline. Don’t start another shitty thread complaining after a 5* commits to us. Please and thanks.

quote:

Cam'ron Jackson
Courtland Ford
Paris Jackson Jr. (Current Ohio St. verbal)
Marcus Dumervil (probably our best shot right now)
Issiah Walker Jr. (Current South Carolina verbal)
Sedrick Van Pran out of Warren Easton (likely our top Center option)
Andrew Raym
Miller Merriweather-Lewis
Jake Wray
Marlon Martinez
Brady Ward
Cesar Reyes

For DL:
Jaqeulin Roy is the biggest name left on the board. 6’4” 290lb DE/DT with violent hands and a great motor. Climbing up boards at a rapid pace and may finish as a 5*. He goes to high school on LSUs campus and he’s the biggest need in the class. I think O lands Roy.

McKinley Jackson is a top 50 player from Mississippi. Jackson is 6’2” 330lbs. McKinley, like Roy, was commoitted to LSU but backed off to look around. Jackson has all the tools in the world but his work ethic is in question. The 247 guys are comparing him to Sospher. These MS kids are funny. I think we have a shot but he just feels like a Bama commit to me. Hope I’m wrong.

Jacobian Gulliory is a 6’2” 330lb NT from Alexandria. Strongest kid in the state for sure and may be in he country. Extremely powerful and has the ability to push double teams into the pocket. I think there’s a great chance we land him.

Branard Wright is 6’3” 300 LB DT/DE from Dallas. Wright has all the tools in the world but he’s extremely raw. His ceiling is as high as he wants it to be. I think if we have room we land him.

We have OLBs in Clowney and Bryant.

Jordan Berry is our lone DT commit if Cam’Ron plays OT

There will be other names that emerge of the next few months.
