re: Is AC a MUST for an AIR BB in Paris in MID JUNE?

I was in London in mid-June last year. When we booked an airbnb, I insisted that we didn't need A/C, but was outvoted and we ended up paying more for a place with A/C.

All I can say is thank God no one listened to me, because we happened to go during a major heat wave, and it would have been miserable trying to sleep at night.

That being said, typically the answer would be NO.

So basically, it's a risk/reward evaluation you have to make. Are you willing to pay a bit more just in case, or are you willing to risk it and hope that it's a mild summer.
