If that's the case it's believable. It's been pretty well documented that the organization wasn't set up for success. However, it would seem like hiring Griff and the renewed commitment from ownership would change that.

And the way it was said to AD maybe wasn't put the best way. I think that's some of it.
Agreed on the Griffin hire showing a new commitment to winning. But that will have only been the case for a month or so. Does AD believe that will continue into the future? Griffin believes it and maybe he can sell that.
