After they continue it 3-4 times, yes. But what's 3 days sitting in court to most people?

Orleans Parish. There’s no calling anyone before the court date. You have to show up in court and wait with some of the most disgusting people on earth. You’ll then see the Asst City Attorney for a pre trial. They may knock it down to a non moving violation, but youll still pay a hearty sum.

They will absolutely work with you.go see the da office. Pay the full amount and they should drop it to non moving violation.

He actually got me right before I went through the 510 interchange. I didn’t think he was going to bust me but then when I got closer to Bullard he came flying up behind me about 100 mph. so I should have said I was pulled over closer to Bullard. this was about 9am on a Saturday morning.

Prob depends where you are. Here they offer it if you haven't been in a prior amount of years.

Orleans Parish is a little tougher than Jefferson but they will work with attorneys. You may want to spend a few hundred in attorney fees to get it knocked down or possibly dismissed. If it is knocked down, the fine will be less and it won't go to your insurance. If it's dismissed, you golden.
