Thanks for proving my point. Like I said, back then young adults bought what they could afford and then worked their asses off until they could afford something better.

Back then there were safe neighborhoods full of small, affordable homes. Now it's trap houses and shoot outs.

The playing field has changed.

I'll rent until I want/can buy a real house.
