I agree 100%. As I’ve said before, there’s not a dime’s worth difference between either.

I think the stereotypical Millenials are direct opposites of the stereotypical Boomers in a lot of ways.
Boomers want to do nothing but work and have no issue spending more time away from their families to do that work. Sometimes to a very huge detriment to their families. As a response to this type of experience by the millenials, they prioritize their home life to the detriment of their work life. There are a few other places you can see these huge swings as well.
