Renewed Harmony 665
This one has a screen which you can bring commands onto + every key is remappable with their software.
You set up "activities" for each setup you want. So if you want to "watch Roku" where you need the tv on HDMI 1, the soundbar to do the volume, and the roku to change channels, that's what you can make it do. You can map the asterisk to wherever you like (color buttons, the screen, the number 4, etc).
Then you can do a separate "activity" for, say, "watch TV" with a cable box where the device won't recognize the Roku at all (but you can still get back to it and control each individual device even inside of another activity, if needed)
It can be very simple or very elaborate. The 665 uses regular batteries and is cheap
The 350 has no screen and is cheaper
The 700 is more expensive (~$50-80 depending on where you find it) but is rechargeable
The Elite Pro is probably what you would call unaffordable and would do way more than you'd want.
