Hillary is serving a life sentence as we type. It's called public embarrassment of a disgraced presidential candidate. I'd rather see her rot away in public as opposed to rotting away in jail. It pains her every day to wake up and have to face her disgrace before walking out the door. Putting her behind bars would only promote her martyrdom - whatever that might be.

That's an interesting take, I don't disagree with you.
Hillary's crimes are obstruction of justice, wiping her drives, etc.
There are other crimes worse than that, which Trump is talking about. Perpetrated by others. Like Comey, for example. Perhaps all the way to the top.... Obama.
