Here is what the NYT is admitting, though:

They say efforts to hastily verify the dossier claims began immediately AFTER it was published in January 2017. There is only one tiny problem with that.

The FBI obtained a FISA warrant in OCTOBER 2016 with the bulk of information being the Steele dossier. If verification efforts didn't begin until January then why did the FBI swear the everything in the application was accurate and verified??

Hint: It wasn't. The Woods Procedures weren't followed

Oh yeah, absolutely. The FBI /FISA procedures should be the primary focus of the counter strike. It's obvious, according to their own testimony, that they fraudulently obtained a warrant. Strzok went judge shopping, the FBI used RUMINT and then claimed a Yahoo news article as a second source after They canned Steele for going to the media with the dossier.

The FBI nexus is massive and needs to be exhausted. There is so much there there.

Just the way Strzok flippantly discussed his plan to create a cover for talking to the judge he wanted on the case tells me the corruption is massive. Sounds like they do this all the time. Maybe why their warrant applications are approved 9.5/10 times

It seems like everyone is forgetting that they tried to get a FISA warrant in May 2016. It was one of the .1% of FISA warrants that was denied.

What Barr needs to look at is the May 6, 2016 FISA warrant application. If the only thing that was added to the October 2016 application was the dossier, then we know why the sHitlary campaign and the FBI paid for this fake dossier in the first place – to get them the FISA warrant that was denied in May 2016 to spy on the Trump campaign
