No it does not Steveo. Anyone can do what TAF is doing with their Tradition Fund Tax. All they do is hold seats hostage for their fee
Philanthropic donations a little over 11 million you have alumni with names like
O’Neal
Beckham
Bergman
Faulk
And so on and you raise 11 million outside of Tradition Fund.
