I always liked her quirky delivery. One of the funniest episodes of "Everybody Loves Raymond" was when Robert catches her smoking and it all comes out at a family gathering. The dialogue between her and her husband on the show was priceless.

Her and Fred Williard! And their son Chris Elliot.
Another role I loved was her with Kenneth Kimmins as Howard and Shirley Burleigh on Coach.

Born in D.C., but must have been raised in Hawaii because she attended University of Hawaii and her sister was Miss Hawaii, 1967.
I know she was typecast because of Georgette, but she really nailed that character perfectly and made it her own.

"Please let us adopt this child. Ted wants to adopt this child more than anything in the world. Ted wants this child so much that he wallpapered an entire room with pictures of the three bears. So it was the kitchen, so he made a mistake..."

RIP . In her days on Mary Tyler Moore she was probably one of the most beloved people in America. She played it so sweet, so gentle.

RIP.
She was a terrific actress in all of her different roles over the year.
Being on MTM, Coach, and Everybody Loves Raymond is quite an impressive resume across 4 decades.
