I feel like a lot of people don’t get this. If you have an accident and the vehicles are able to move, move them.

Just saw a wreck on a busy 4 lane in BR. Imagine that. Two women. Nobody hurt. I suggested moving vehicles. Both of them refused and are just standing in the road waiting for police while traffic is blocked.

It’s not like there is going to be an in-depth investigation and moving them will throw the cops off.

Rant over. Spread the word.

Infuriating.

Like the cops are going to do a forensic analysis of the scene to find out exactly why your 3 series got a scratch on the bumper

Seems like it depends on your state's laws? Texas is a no fault state. Person who caused it better fess up or witnesses say something. Just move your car here.

You douse them with gasoline and light them on fire.

I'm not moving shite. People will lie on your arse in a damn heartbeat and I want every bit of evidence that I can get if someone causes a wreck with me.

A 16 yr old hit me head on in 1992 on a 4 lane Hwy with a center turn lane. Trooper wrote it up wrong on which direcrions we were headed in. Her parents sued me and if it weren't for witness statements I would have been fricked.

She was 16 and her 3rd wreck that was her fault.

I'll never move a vehicle unless I know someone is going to hang around and give a statement.

This, there's sign all over the interstate for this. I wish police would ticket people when they show up for not moving.
