I've done from 13 to 16 hours per day, 7 days a week for a couple months straight before.
95% of the time consisted of me being in my truck on radios and phones running railroad job sites but it still burned my arse out quick.
Beers at the hotel bar every night with the crews didn't help. Ended up going on 5-6 hours sleep a lot of the time.
