Honestly, I think Waters would benefit by staying as well.
The guy was dynamic in the tournament. While there is no guarantee and probably more likely than not that next year wouldn't change his position, he had a real shot of dominating to the point where he's drafted in the late first, IMO.

Reid has the most to lose
He might sneak into late first round but is more likely second at this point.
Come back and could be lottery pick with improved low post moves.
