Alabama Sheriff deputy arrests daughter-in-law for having sex with student

Bates is also charged with several misdemeanors including three counts of distributing obscene material to a student and one count of having sexual contact with a student, as per Madison County jail records.
She turned herself into the jail around 4.30pm Friday and her bail has been set at $32,000, according to AL.com.

Yes you are allowed to do this if your father is a judge, not if your father-in-law is the sheriff.

Sure. You can get fired for fricking a subordinate at just about any job. But if they were within a reasonable age range it's not the same as child molestation imo. Fire her and let her go her own way.
