Later! And don’t come back when they start winning. Bandwagon got lighter

What about when they beat State 2 out of 3 on the road on national tv? Or when they beat A&M last weekend 2 out of 3? Also on national tv.
Obviously none of that matters or that we are 4th in batting average in conference play. All that matters is that LSU shouldn't lose a road series to anyone, ever.

I give up with hopes that others will feel the same and follow suit. Not necessarily follow me because I'm deciding to go on strike, but in hopes that others realize that it may be the only way we can be heard and get the changes many of us want to see. We have been begging for a change at the top for years now and are not being taken seriously. If we strike and cause a decline in ticket sales then finally we may be heard. It sucks we have to do this especially because of the players out there giving their all, but what can we do at this point!? Just keep watching championship potential programs decline and get laughed at? We have a leadership problem at LSU.

Even counting this game as a loss, LSU is a game and half out of first place in the conference.

I don't care what they are in the standings I am disappointed in what the baseball program has become. This isn't the LSU baseball I grew up watching. It's boring minus a few comeback wins that we should have never been behind in. We can't hit!

Gave up 11 and you’re blaming the offense?

Of course it isn't. There are a lot more teams in the conference pouring money into baseball. Scholarship limitations are different. Bats are different and we don't have 15 guys that are juiced up on steroids.

4th in the conference in batting average in league play. We average about 7 runs a game in league play which is only 2 runs behind State in the top spot with 9 runs a game.

I'm annoyed with the pitching as well but at least it hasn't been like this for the last 4 or 5 years. Pitching being lackluster just adds to the frustration though and I just think it's time for a change. Not that I think Paul is a horrible coach, but I just think things have gotten stale. Maybe some fresh blood will do us some good. Perhaps Paul has gotten too comfortable and is just not putting the effort in to compete for another championship.

The LSU baseball you grew up with if you grew up in the 90s is dead! Tops for baseball is gone! 50 guys on the roster is gone! Skip was great but damn did he have some help and advantages others did not.

So let me know who doesn’t lose a road series ever. That’s like almost impossible. Playing on the road is literally the toughest thing to do.
Talk about high expectations. Talk about impossible expectations.

Um yes. Mizzou took a no hitter into the 6th. There’s definitely blame to be put on the offense.

That you say you don’t care where we are in the standings is rather telling and you’re clearly another that thinks everything is football if you think we should never even trail. As far as the baseball you grew up with, if you mean gorilla ball that’s not coming back, they changed the bats but I suppose that’s just another excuse for PM to point that out
