I grew up 10 minutes from his hometown and played against Dalton once in high school. I believe he was a freshman or sophomore at the time. I joke that I'm still looking for my jock after the move he put on me on a toss sweep left. One of the shiftiest backs you will ever see. Didn't have blazing speed, but fast enough. For his size (he's probably 5'7"), he was incredibly durable, both at LSU and the Saints. And the most humble, quiet guy you'll ever meet.

Was the 3rd highest rated freshman RB on the team when fall camp started behind Gary James and Karl Bernard. 100% one of the greatest at LSU and always underrated partially due to sharing SEC with Bo Jackson.
