Boh Brothers is on the project. They never finish anything on time.
Seriously, we can laugh at NOLA government but this is more the fault of our crappy construction companies and subs than anything else.
Pics were posted a couple of weeks ago and at the time I said there was no way, no how, it was going to be done by May 15th.

Same company that took 3 tries and closure of (I-10) and 2 entire years to fix the overpass at 10/61 which they hit

The people writing the checks are responsible. If subs are not performing checks should not be written.

Pretty sure Boh Bros is no longer on the project. They probably only did the pilings.

Boh Bros has been in business for over 100 years and built a reputation for being able to handle large complicated jobs and deliver them on time and under budget.
Their scope on this project is paving and utilities. They are not the reason the job is delayed.
And FWIW there are a lot of really good construction companies working on the project.
