I've pulled boats behind F150's, Sierras and Tundras. The Tundra was the strongest by far pulling a 22' bay boat. I am amazed to see the rated towing capability of those other trucks you posted though. Like I said, I'm open to having my mind changed.

Came here to post exactly this. I love a good Toyota but they are rated for 2000lbs less than everybody else.
I'm sure pulling 5-7k lbs that the 5.7 is a beast, but if you're getting close to 10k lbs you need something with more pulling power.
I switched back to a Chevy for this very reason. I really wanted a new Tundra but needed to pull 8500-9000lbs.

What does a 22' bay boat weigh? 3000lbs?
My Chevy drives like a car and as mentioned in another post the seats are way better.
I still like Tundra's though.
