Vinegar is Carolina. Lots of different tomato based for different areas. Vinegar style has always been known as a Carolina sauce.
LA isn’t known for a type of BBQ. They borrow other styles, kind of like what you guys are doing. Nothing wrong with that, good to bring BBQ other places.
