Gunite is your best option then if you have a dog that will be in it a bunch. Our dog hated getting in the pool, but some dogs love it like if you have a lab or something. If you don't go too crazy on design or size and cancel out the hot tub, you can get a decent gunite pool for under $40k. Adding the bubblers, sun decks, hot tub/heater will get you up over $60k.
