This is important. If you're not sure about something, don't be embarrassed to ask for help. It's better to swallow your pride and ask rather than the possibility of you getting yourself and others hurt, or worse.

If you get assigned to a lifefloat and have to actually use it, get in the center where the net is...hopefully the sharks will get full eating the people on the outside. If it's in the winter, don't worry about getting in the center, you're gonna die from hypothermia anyway.
