I was a mud engineer for Halliburton.
Can you tell me a little about how you got into that position and I what prior experience you had? I’ve always been very interested in working as a mud engineer.

I tried to go to school to fly helps, but I couldn’t come near to raising the $100k+ needed for the schooling.

Halliburton was pure luck. I knew several people who were mud engineers and had a cousin interviewing. So I made some calls to try to hook him up, ended up getting hired too.
I went to flight school through the military.
