Random topic but I find it funny the Dems are constantly talking down on conservatives about illegal immigration saying that they just want to build the wall and stop illegals because of "fear" but then turn around and want to ban things like guns and duck boats because of their fear of them.
I especially for one dont understand the vendetta against duck boats, I had just moved to Springfield, MO when the boat sunk on Table Rock in Branson back in the summer and that basically shut them down.
I get that it was a bad look and all but how are they any more dangerous than regular boats? I would argue that the deaths were more because they attract people who aren't used to being on the water and how quickly things can change as opposed to them being death traps.
I'd have strapped on a life jacket and jumped ship when she started going down, they were only like 100 yards from shore.

No one is reading this shite on the OT.
If you and T- Wayne could stop driving your pro drives across the wetlands no one would be banning them. You can keep them and the illegals.

Walked past one not long ago in Hot Springs, told the three people with me don't even step foot on one of those pieces of shite.
I got my first boat related job at 15, had my master ticket at 21 and own a boat business. Those things are ancient pieces of crap that are far beyond a reasonable service life. 30+ people have died from them in the past couple decades, its probably the worst safety record of any passenger vessel type operated in the US.
