Yes, it gets ghetto real fast past that chevron and pretty much everywhere else in between those two streets, but the apartment complexes on that block of highland are gated and relatively nice.

Last time I was in that area I legit saw a guy score Heroin and shoot up in broad daylight while pumping gas.
