Explain what exactly?
Why he refused to meet with LSU officials? He was subpoenaed to provide sworn testimony in a criminal proceeding. Only a fool would talk about such testimony with anyone prior. Even the tools at LSU would understand Wade's predicament.

And, again, contact language is often ignored in court when there is mitigating circumstance. It is not written in stone and always enforceable.
