The Roost in West Ashley is pretty nice. Went there quite a bit when I lived there. Across the river from downtown though so might not be your area.

No good LSU bars to my knowledge.
Downtown - Charleston beer works
Carolina Ale House
Meeting at Market is more upscale
Edmonds Oast Brewing is not exactly downtown but has Good TVs and amazing beer and food
Macs Place
Roost is ok as is any Charleston Sports Pub if not downtown
Maybe I’ll come out if baby goes to sleep early haha

I have watched several games (mostly bowl games bc I am usually there at new years) at HomeTeam BBQ on Sullivan's and the crowd has always been pro Tigers.
