I'm a Cub fan and IMHO they are both pieces of shite.
I was a Sammy fan but I heard stuff later about how phoney he was and as most Cub fans there is little love left for him.
The well publicized story of how his boom box was ceremoniously destroyed the day he was removed speaks to the fact that his teammates did not like him and most Cub fans followed that lead. You can scarcely find any evidence in Wrigleyville these days that Sammy was ever a Cub.
As for Braun his story needs no embellishment either. He showed his arse to the world.

And it is clear you don’t know what transpired afterwords.
Not do you acknowledge that Laurenz had one job and he couldn’t do it correctly.
