I talk shite about spirit a lot but I flew from iah to msy and it was just fine
Granted that was a 45 minute flight. But the plane was clean, staff was professional, etc
It’s an economy airline so of course they nickel and dime you to death. But if all you want to fly with is a backpack and you’re not an OT baller, it’s reasonable

Not to be mistaken, I’m definitely an OT baller. This was just the best with my schedule. Spirit really isn’t that bad if you’re skinny, especially for a cheap 2 hour direct flight.
