Agree 100%. And admin should not have reacted this way.
But how can you condone speaking on the phone about these topics? That’s just dumb.
You have to protect the program. You have to be smarter than that. WW should have never spoken those words. Regardless if those words are innocent.

There are a lot of things that can get an employee fired, suspended or reprimanded that have nothing to do with court or legalities.
