I only cruise on Royal Caribbean now. Better clientele. Higher class ship. Carnival is neon and loud patterns. Royal is brass, glass and marble. We are not party animals though. More civilized in Royal. Just all depends on what you’re looking for.
Thanks. We went ahead and booked it. Looking forward to it. We like to have a good time but the idea of getting drunk all day every day for 5 days is kind of in our past. We will have a couple of drinks a day and just enjoy the activities.

We are trying to decide between an oceanview room on
RCI Enchantment out of Galveston or
an extended view balcony on Carnival Valor out of NOLA
the drive would be closer to NOLA and we'd have more space on Valor and it is cheaper for the same amount of nights
Is RCI really worth the extra cost and drive?
Thanks
